Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar

Method
 

  1. Chill a metal bowl or saucepan in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before beginning.
  2. Pour heavy cream into the chilled bowl and add the extract and sugar.
  3. Using the whisk attachment, beat on high for about 5 minutes or until fluffy.
