Peppermint Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter unsalted, softened
  • 4 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Add butter to a mixing bowl and cream until light and fully. Add the extracts and beat well to combine.
  2. Add in the confectioner's sugar and milk, alternating between the two. Beat until fully combined, adding more milk as necessary to reach desired consistency.
